What I knowAnd how I know it

Every figure on this page comes from a delivered program.

I build programming for membership organizations, associations, institutions and federal agencies, then measure whether it worked. This page collects the engagements, the instruments and the findings behind the method.

The premise

Putting the human back into a dehumanized world

Organizations do not disengage because their people stopped caring. They disengage because the work stopped paying them back. That is a design problem, and design problems are solvable.

My research sits at the intersection of three things: what an organization says it needs, what a scored instrument shows it actually needs, and what changes once the program is built against the second answer instead of the first. The engagements below are where that method has been tested.

Case studies

Member organizations and associations

Associations carry a specific problem. The membership is never one audience, attendance is voluntary, and the programming competes with the member's own working day. These four engagements are where I worked that problem.

The instruments and the findings

The Great Divide

A book built on the scored readiness assessment results of small businesses pursuing government and corporate contracts. The central finding: a large share of firms actively bidding for work scored lowest on governance and basic operating systems, the two things no buyer will overlook. Published October 2026.

The readiness assessment

A scored instrument that measures an organization across leadership, governance and risk, digital systems, AI readiness and market positioning, normalized to a hundred point scale with disqualifier logic and a personalized roadmap. It is the diagnostic underneath every cohort and curriculum I build.
