MeetOscar L. Frazier

Oscar L. Frazier is a keynote speaker, a three-time author, and a TEDx speaker whose message is simple: systems should serve people, not the other way around.

He is the founder and chief executive of nDemand Consulting Services, a federal strategy and consulting firm he started in 2004 and has led full-time since 2012. nDemand's work has contributed to more than $1.8 billion in awarded federal contracts within the last three years alone. He is also co-founder and chief executive of C3PI, a supplier readiness and procurement technology platform, both based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Before building his own firms, Oscar spent years consulting to federal agencies through Booz Allen Hamilton, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kadix Systems, and other firms, leading programs where there was no room for error. That work taught him what he now teaches: technology, process, and policy only work when they are designed around the people they serve.

Today he and his teams have trained more than 600 organizations, with programs delivered across 10+ countries on 3 continents. His work and perspectives have been featured in Forbes, Black Enterprise, FOX, CBS, NBC, and BusinessGhana.

In September 2026 he delivered his first TEDx talk, What Lasts Is What Stays Human, on what AI and automation are doing to human connection, and what leaders can do about it.
